I Formation of Local Management Committee

II Term of the Local Management Committee : The members elected or nominated shall have a term of five years.
III Meeting of the Committee : The local Managing
Committee shall meet at least twice a year and also can meet whenever required
on prior notice with agenda.
IV Powers and duties of the Local Managing Committee shall be to

Prepare the budget and financial statements
2.
Recommend to the management about the creation of
the teaching and other posts
3.
Determine the programme of instruction and internal
evaluation and to discuss the progress of studies in the
college
4.
Make recommendations to the management for the
improvement of the standard of Teaching in the college
5.
Formulate proposals of new expenditures not
provided for in the college budget
6.
Advice the principal regarding the intake
capacity of various classes, preparation of time tables,
distribution of the available teaching work load and such
other matters relating to the internal management of the
college and discipline of the college students as may be
referred to it by the principal, from time to time.
7.
Consider and make recommendations on the report,
if any.
8.
Consider and make recommendations on the report
of the Local enquiry committee.
9.
Prepare the annual report on the work done by
committee for the year ending on the 30th June and submit the same to the
management of the college and the concerned authorities.

Perform such other duties and exercise, such
other powers as may be entrusted by the

Maintain Sports Infrastructure, affiliation of college, inception
of new courses, increase of intake for any course &
introduction of career Oriented Programme.

Quality Assurance Cell
The
IQAC makes a significant and meaningful contribution in the post-accreditation
phase of the institution. During the post-accreditation period the IQAC
channelise the efforts and measures of the institution towards academic
excellence.
Basic purposes : The
basic purposes of IQAC are:
